I remember the day the Rockman.EXE series was announced... and I thought it was ugly. Of course after playing the first 4 games and watching a good chunk of the anime, I've now come to the conclusion that this is one of the cuter versions of Rockman. This little guy is based off the plush Dr. Hikari uses in the anime to demonstrate Dimensional Areas. He turned out quite big and squishy and lovable, so I fondly refer to him as "Saitobaby".
